Binding Agreement
By completing a purchase, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Phillips Brown and agree to all policies stated on this site, including but not limited to our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and these Terms & Conditions.
Products, Drops & Availability
All products are released in limited quantities and may not be restocked.
Phillips Brown reserves the right to:

Limit quantities per customer or order

Cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse

Modify or discontinue products without notice
Minor variations in color, fit, or texture are inherent to production and do not constitute defects.
Orders & Payment Authorization
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you:

Acknowledge that all sales are final
Orders flagged for fraud or policy violations may be canceled at our discretion. If payment has been captured, a refund will be issued only where legally required.

Phillips Brown does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Misinterpretation of product details
Store credit may be issued only in rare cases and solely at the discretion of Phillips Brown.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Phillips Brown is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Address accuracy is the responsibility of the customer. Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items (Strict Window)
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include:

Claims submitted after 7 days will not be reviewed or honored.
Chargebacks, Disputes & Payment Reversals

You acknowledge that filing a chargeback for a transaction that complies with our policies constitutes friendly fraud.
Phillips Brown reserves the right to:

Recover fees, costs, and losses associated with fraudulent disputes
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, imagery, and product names are the exclusive property of Phillips Brown. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Phillips Brown shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
Products are provided “as is” and used at the customer’s own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
